Privacy:

Makaha Valley Country Club will explicitly ask when they need information that personally identifies

you or allows them to contact you. Information regarding you (such as name, address and phone number)

will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation.

All information is gathered in order to reserve tee time's for individuals.

Legal:

No logos or graphics other than those listed here may be used without the prior written approval of

Makaha Valley Country Club. Any unauthorized use of any materials contained on Makaha Valley

Country Club's Internet sites may result in criminal or civil penalties and Makaha Valley Country Club

will actively seek the recovery of any costs and damages it may incur preventing the misuse or

misappropriation of its property.
